DigitalBulls is a US based fast growing third party independent service provider of technical support services to businesses and general consumers around the world.

Services against any plan/order will be made available once the customer has made payment for the services according to the requirements of the corresponding plan/ order. The company has no obligation to render services under the service plan if in case the payment made is not under the plan/order. For subscription-based plans, DigitalBulls will issue a full refund if the company lacks in delivering the appropriate solutions within the first 15 days of the subscription. No amount is subjected to refund if one or more issues are resolved.

Customers are entitled for refund under the following circumstances:

  • All the necessary requisites required to solve the issue are available and the issue was pending till the time account was active.
  • The problem is out of scope for the concerned plan.
  • 15 days have not passed after a DigitalBulls techie last solved the issue.

DigitalBulls reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to revise or otherwise amend this Refund Policy by posting update or other modification at the company’s website Refund Policy page. Any update or other modification shall be effective immediately upon such posting.

For any Service/Subscription Plan or renewal of any Service/Subscription Plan, we do not charge you automatically. All payments are required to be processed from your end only. Contact us in case of any payment related query.
